I live in California so smoothies are must to survive the South Bay heat. It will get to the point to where a morning sip of coffee is not needed. Smoothies are a great way to get nutrients in your body with out the struggle of forcing a whole meal down your throat. Today I made a mango & pinapple smoothie. Here are some benefits of each fruit in this smoothie.


Mango:

* Helps facilitate a healthy diegestion

* Promotes a healthy gut

* Boosts your Immune System

* Promote eye health

* Lowers Cholesterol

* Clears your skin

* Helps with weight loss


Pineapple:

* Filled with nutrients

(Especially vitamin C which is essential for health development and improves your immune system and aids with dissolving iron.)

*Loaded with Antioxidants

*Eases digestion

* Strengthens immune system

* Suppresses inflammation
